1. Introduction

This website is operated under the Seedream product brand. By accessing the website or using our AI-powered video and image generation services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. About Our Services

  • Text-to-Video Generation — create cinematic video from written descriptions.
  • Image-to-Video Generation — transform static images with AI motion synthesis.
  • AI Image Generation — create and edit images using text and visual references.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the service only for lawful purposes and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Do not use the service for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities.
  • Do not create content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or bypass safeguards.
  • Do not generate abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.

4. Prohibited Content and Acceptable Use

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited content in every workflow. You must not request, upload, generate, edit, transform, store, or distribute any of the following through the service:

  • Generating, editing, transforming, or enhancing NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, erotic, or nudity-focused images or videos of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • Any sexualized content involving or appearing to involve a minor, child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or age-ambiguous subjects.
  • Face swaps, deepfakes, or face and identity manipulation of any kind, including non-consensual intimate imagery or depictions involving a real person.
  • Content that exploits, harasses, threatens, humiliates, impersonates, defames, or violates another person’s privacy, publicity rights, or consent.
  • Graphic violence, terrorism, extremist propaganda, hateful content, self-harm promotion, illegal activity, controlled substances, weapons sales, or instructions intended to cause harm.
  • Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, licenses, or other intellectual-property rights, including use of media you are not authorized to submit.
  • Attempts to evade moderation, safety filters, usage limits, account restrictions, or other protective measures.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

All prompts sent to image or video generation models are screened before generation using automated content moderation. A prompt may be blocked when it is denied, flagged, or cannot be safely evaluated. We may suspend or terminate accounts, remove content, preserve relevant records, and report conduct when reasonably required by law or to protect users and the service.

6. Access and Service Modifications

We may update, limit, suspend, or withdraw features when needed to improve safety, reliability, or compliance. Some features are subject to plan and credit limits.

7. Payment Terms

Plan prices and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property and Content Rights

Subject to applicable law, these Terms, and any restrictions imposed by the underlying AI provider, paid users may use generated content for personal and commercial purposes.

  • You retain the rights to original prompts and media you upload.
  • You must have the necessary rights to all submitted content.
  • Generated content belongs to you, subject to applicable law and these Terms.
  • Commercial use rights do not grant rights to third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, personal likenesses, or other protected material included in your inputs or outputs.
  • We process submitted content only to provide and secure the requested service.

9. Third-Party Models and Brand Independence

Our service provides independent access to third-party AI models. Seedream, Seedance, Veo, Sora, Gemini, Kling, Wan, Flux, and other model or provider names are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners unless explicitly stated.

Model availability and output capabilities may change. Your use of a model may also be subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
