1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every CanvasArc workflow, including prompts, uploaded reference media, generated images and videos, edits, transformations, storage, sharing, and downloads.
You may use CanvasArc only for lawful, safe, and consensual creative work. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Adult and Sexually Explicit Content
CanvasArc has a zero-tolerance policy for adult and sexually explicit content.
- You must not request, upload, generate, edit, transform, enhance, store, or distribute NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, fetish, erotic, or nudity-focused images or videos of any kind.
- Any sexualized content involving or appearing to involve a minor, child sexual abuse material, grooming, exploitation, or age-ambiguous subjects is strictly prohibited.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized depictions of real people, and attempts to create or modify intimate content without clear consent are prohibited.
3. Identity Manipulation and Personal Harm
- Face swaps, deepfakes, face manipulation, identity impersonation, or deceptive depictions of real people are prohibited.
- Do not create content that harasses, threatens, humiliates, exploits, defames, or violates another person’s privacy, publicity rights, or consent.
- Do not use the service for fraud, deception, unlawful surveillance, or misleading political or commercial impersonation.
4. Violence, Hate, Self-Harm, and Illegal Activity
- Graphic violence, terrorism, extremist propaganda, hateful or discriminatory content, and content that glorifies abuse are prohibited.
- Content that promotes self-harm, suicide, dangerous challenges, controlled substances, weapons sales, or instructions intended to cause harm is prohibited.
- You must not use CanvasArc to facilitate illegal activity or evade applicable laws and regulations.
5. Rights to Uploaded and Generated Content
- Upload only media that you own or are authorized to use.
- Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, licenses, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights.
- Do not use third-party likenesses, brands, characters, or protected works in a way that creates confusion about authorization or endorsement.
6. Moderation and Safety Controls
Every user-supplied prompt routed to an image or video generation model is screened before generation using automated content moderation. Prompts that are denied, flagged, or cannot be safely evaluated are blocked.
- Do not attempt to bypass moderation, safety filters, account restrictions, rate limits, or usage controls.
- Do not split, encode, obscure, or otherwise disguise prohibited instructions to evade detection.
- Repeated attempts to generate prohibited content may result in account suspension or termination.
7. Enforcement and Reporting
We may block requests, remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant records, and report conduct when reasonably required by law or necessary to protect users and the service.
